Hitchcock Free Academy's Try-it-Out FUNdraiser Class: Tai Chi / Chi Kung

Event Description
Hitchcock's Try-it-Out FUNdraiser classes are the perfect opportunity to experience a single class without the commitment of a whole session.

Wednesday, September 8, 6 - 7pm: Tai Chi / Chi Kung. Instructor David Masera will lead a beginning Tai Chi / Chi Kung class for those with little or no experience in this ancient yet evolving martial art form, using many Chi Kung movements to enhance your balance, flexibility, and strength.

No registration for this class is necessary; just drop in! All suggested donations of $10 per person benefit Hitchcock. Thank you to David Masera, who is donating his time and expertise for Hitchcock's mission to provide educational, recreational, and cultural programs to the local communities.
