Hitchcock Free Academy's Try-it-Out FUNdraiser Class: Yoga

Monday, September 27, 7:15 - 8:45pm: Yoga. Join Certified Kripalu Instructor Jane Anable for an hour and a half session of Hatha Yoga, including stretches, a series of yoga postures, and guided meditation. One of Jane's many strengths is modifying postures for all levels. Bring a mat if you have one, and wear comfortable clothing.
No registration for this class is necessary; just drop in! All suggested donations of $10 per person benefit Hitchcock. Thank you to Jane Anable, who is donating her time and expertise for Hitchcock's mission to provide educational, recreational, and cultural programs to the local communities.
