Cormier Jewelers was established in 1949 by Joseph and Claire Cormier. The store was remodeled in 1986 doubling its original size. Shortly after Marc and his wife, Doreen, purchased the store and have continued to offer the same personalized service and quality Cormiers has been known for. The tradition of a family oriented business continues with daughter, Jessica. At Thanksgiving 2002, we expanded the store which allowed us to add a new art gallery section which features works from local artists through the Massasoit Art Guild. Paintings from three featured artists are displayed every month, along with 70+ artists displaying at least one painting each month. It is an every-changing display of oils, watercolors, and pen & ink mediums as well as photographs. This is a great opportunity to see how talented the local artists are and purchase pieces at very reasonable prices. Prints and originals by well known artists Fran Gianfriddo and Gary Lippincott are also on display as well as carvings by Ron Pessolano and Rick Gonzalez.
